I just wanted to wish you all a happy and safe New Year's Eve!
Also, within the next couple of days I should have at least two new paintings done.  These will be 12x16 since I don't have a lot of smaller work available right now.  


Well, that was short, but its time to get back to painting :-)

Finally!! I got this done yesterday and most parts are completely dry...It is 22" x 28" oil on stretched canvas.

Also, I'm looking into making some giclee prints of my current paintings.  They would be relatively inexpensive and affordable for most everyone.  I'm still not positive I want to, but I'm definitely looking into it.  So stay tuned!  I will be adding more paintings as they are finished and possibly selling some prints as well.

So I've been working on this new 22x28 inch painting for quite a few days now...it seems to keep stretching out longer and longer, I really need to get it finished so I can start working on some smaller quicker paintings to get my shop stocked up a bit!  With the holidays and everything else, its been kind of hard to focus on painting so hopefully I can be more productive this week???  So please keep checking back and in the next couple of days I will have some new stuff to share! :)

Well, I'm still behind and not getting enough paintings done to keep my shop full and stocked up for next year's shows, but I'm taking my time and am very happy with the quality I'm putting out...I would never want to rush any of my work.  Plus, I have enough done to start sending in my applications, so that is mainly what counts I guess?
So currently on my easel is a 22" x 28", its coming along great so hopefully it will be posted and available for purchase soon.  I have an idea for a title, which I usually do at the very start/concept of each painting and I would post it, but I can't remember what it was...I'll have to look it up in my sketch book!

Just a reminder, all my paintings are done on stretched canvas with the painting wrapping all the way around the edges, so they all have a finished look and can be hung beautifully with or without a frame.

Ok, I finally finished this one!  It is 24"x30" oil on stretched canvas.  The sides are painted and it can be framed or hung as is. 

I've currently got a 24" x 30" painting in the works...its almost finished, then it needs to dry a bit and then I can get a picture and add it to my shop.  I'm a little bit behind and don't have much work finished for the winter, but at least I've got the next few months to try and stock up for the spring and summer shows.
